1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and confirmed within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. If an order is placed during the weekend or on a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
  • Should there be any delay in order processing, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (1 to 5 business days)

3. Shipping Cost

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $225,000.
  • Shipments have a price of $16,000 to any city in Colombia. For San Andres Islands, the cost is $30,000.

4. Discreet Shipping

  • We understand the importance of privacy in our deliveries. All our packages are shipped in discreet packaging, with no reference to the products on the outside of the package.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's page.

6. Shipping Issues

  • If the package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will investigate the incident with the shipping company and provide you with an appropriate solution.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to modify the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at WhatsApp +57 323 4089186. We can only make changes if the package has not yet been processed for shipment.
