1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and confirmed within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, processing will begin the next business day.
  • In the event of any delay in processing the order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (1-5 business days)

3. Shipping Cost

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $220,000
  • Shipping costs $15,000 to any city in Colombia.

4. Discreet Shipping

  • We understand the importance of privacy in our deliveries. All our packages are sent in discreet packaging, with no reference to the products on the outside of the package.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

6. Problems with Shipping

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or if there is a problem with the shipment, please contact us at customersmintimate@gmail.com to resolve it as soon as possible.
  • If the package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will investigate the incident with the shipping company and provide you with an appropriate solution.

7. Changes in Shipping Address

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at customersmintimate@gmail.com. We can only make changes if the package has not yet been processed for shipping.
